Shipping & Returns Transit Time and Shipping Methods Most orders usually leave our shipping facilities within 2-5 business days from the date of your order . Please keep this in mind when choosing a shipping method. Multiple items may arrive separately. Shipping rates include cost of handling. Free Shipping* (USPS Media Mail) Budget / Per Item / Flat Rate (USPS Media Mail) USPS Media Mail (United States Postal Service) Usually 7 – 14 business days from shipping date (may be longer during late November through December). * Free shipping is available on orders of $39 or more, except Bulk Discount, International and Wholesale/Bookstore orders. Free shipping cannot be combined with other discount coupons for orders under $50. USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) Usually 2 – 3 business days from shipping date. The USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. USPS Express Mail (United States Postal Service) Next delivery day to most areas (calculated from shipping date). The USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. International Shipping Duties, taxes, and Customs Brokerage Fees may apply. Perfect Word Ministries is not responsible for paying or collecting any such fees as may be assessed by your country’s customs office. You may need to pay these fees before your country’s postal service will deliver your package. Perfect Word is also not responsible for missed attempted deliveries. After your country’s post office makes multiple attempts to deliver your order, they are instructed to treat the package as “abandoned,” rather than return it to us. Missed deliveries that result in abandoned shipments cannot be refunded. Pre-orders Some resources may be pre-ordered, usually at a discounted rate, before the item actually becomes available. A release date will be noted in the product description. Your credit card is processed at the time of the pre-order, therefore the order may not be cancelled. If other items are included in the same order as the pre-ordered item, all items will ship together when the pre-ordered item becomes available. Backorders The webstore will permit you to purchase certain resources that are temporarily out of stock. These items are marked as “Backordered” both on the item page and in your cart. “Backordered” means that the items are due in stock within about the next couple of weeks, and we will ship your entire order when the backordered items are available. Returns If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us within 30 days of your ship date and we will provide you with further instructions. If you are unsatisfied with the resources you purchased and the items are in resaleable condition, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) for you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted. Insurance Packages sent via UPS (United Parcel Service) are automatically insured, and Perfect Word assumes all responsibility should your shipment be lost or damaged. Packages sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) with contents exceeding $75 in value are automatically insured against loss or damage. Claims for lost shipments will be filed with the USPS by Perfect Word, however, claims for damaged shipments must be filed with the USPS by the recipient. Perfect Word will aid in this process if necessary, however, reshipment will be delayed until Perfect Word can determine that the recipient has correctly and sufficiently filed a claim with the USPS. Undeliverable Shipments Occasionally, packages we send are returned to us, instead of being delivered. If your shipment is returned to Perfect Word by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided when you placed your order, or because you or someone in your household refused delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment as well as costs to reship the item to a corrected or different address. Lost Shipments On very rare occasion, some shipments fail to reach their destination. When this occurs, we are always happy to send a replacement. However, we generally do not consider a shipment sent using the Flat Rate, Media Mail or Free Shipping (Domestic) option “lost” until 21 days after the ship date. If you placed an order using this method, and it has been 21 days or more since the ship date, please contact us. Lost shipment notification must be received by our office no later than 30 days from the ship date.
